Return Policy

We really hope that you are delighted with your India & Mills purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, follow these instructions:

1. Please return all items within 14 days of receipt of the order.
2. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your original order.
3. Please fill out the return form included in your order. If you do not have one, please email hello@indiaandmills.com
4. Items must be returned; unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
5. We reserve the right to deny any returns if your item(s) are damaged, marked or altered in accordance with our quality standards.
6. Once the item has been inspected, you will then be refunded on the same card with which you paid originally within seven days of receipt. Times dependent on your bank. 
7. Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer. India & Mills cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive. We do recommend that you consider sending your item(s) back tracked to avoid any complications. 
8. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. For UK returns, we recommend using a tracked and signed for delivery option. 
10. Please note delays may occur during UK bank holiday's.
