When I founded India & Mills in 2023, I knew it would be more than just a clothing brand. I wanted to create timeless, sustainable and ethically made designs that reflected my love of India. I have found endless inspiration in the details that make the country so captivating. The vibrant colours of markets, the rhythm of city streets, the quiet magic of the temples, and the unexpected charm waiting around every corner. India has a way of making the ordinary feel extraordinary, and that spirit sits at the heart of India & Mills. 

Each print begins as a memory. Something glimpsed on a journey, a colour combination that lingers, or a moment that felt too joyful not to capture. These memories are translated into prints that are bold, playful and full of life. Our SS26 collection celebrates one of India’s most beloved and gentle icons: the holy cow. Wandering calmly through busy streets, appearing unexpectedly at sunrise, or resting peacefully in the shade, they carry a quiet presence that feels both grounding and joyful. In this collection, they become the centre of a world of colour, pattern and story.
